Screen shot 2013-01-30 at 3.46.21 AMAre you looking for good promotional products for events? Trying to find a good free event product giveaway idea? What type of product can you put your logo on for your event’s sponsors? You need to consider a few things.

  • 1. Does your event swag need multiple logos on it?
  • 2. What would your audience be more likely to keep in their possession after the event?
  • 3. How many people do you anticipate coming to the event?
  • 4. What is your budget?
  • 5. Do you have a logo designed?

Many event hosts purchase bags, shirts, or other promotional products that have the room for multiple logos. If you have a group of event partners this may be a good option for you.

When I went to a recent trade show, I was amazed at how many promotional products were actually out. You can buy glasses, custom USB drives, lighters, mugs, and everyone I saw had a shirt on it that had sponsor logos on it!

Big businesses get it! They see the value in advertising their name on a product that reminds their customer about the mission, theme or feel of their business. A good promotional product suggestion for events are throw away items that offer a chance to heighten brand awareness at the event. An example of this is plastic cups, napkins, or paper hats. If your event has a larger number of attendees this is a good option. If less guests are expected, a good option is to consider a higher quality product, such as a note pad, or tablet case. You may event want to get a thermos or nice set of pens. The ordering process depends on your budget. Are you wanting cheap promotional products?
